PRD offers ongoing support services. Our experienced professionals are on hand to assist remotely or through onsite visits.

Support include:
  • 2nd line production support
  • Operational support and skills
  • Training and mentoring customers and users
  • Capacity planning (i.e. Increase volumes thorough acquisitions and mergers)

Technical and systems reviews.

These services are offered on a Time and Materials basis. Short term or long term contracts can be negotiated. These contracts can be for full-time or part-time services.

In most cases, Maintenance & Support are included as part of our products. It is included as standard within all QuickStart Billing, simply to ensure resellers are kept up-to-date with the latest features and specific customer requirements are constantly enhanced. QuickStart Billing is subject to constant R&D roadmap development to ensure it remains leading edge.
