PRD offers ongoing support services. Our experienced professionals are on hand to assist remotely or through onsite visits.
Support include:
- 2nd line production support
- operational support and skills
- training and mentoring customers and users
- capacity planning (i.e. Increase volumes thorough acquisitions and mergers)
Technical and systems reviews
These services are offered on a Time and Materials basis. Short term or long term contracts can be negotiated. These contracts can be for full-time or part-time services.
