Training is normally performed at a PRD training venue. However, customer on-site training is readily considered.
Application Training

This course is designed and primarily intended for those responsible for operating Billing and Rating systems (typically 2 days). |

This course is for the super user. It covers the typical user activities along with the specialised administration activities (Typically 1 week). |

This course is designed for the day to day user.(Typically 1 week). |
Tester Training
| User training with basic PRD tools |
This course is designed for those responsible for testing changes or enhancements to the system (Typically 1 week). |
Configuration Training
| Standard course |
This course covers the fundamentals of configuring the PRD toolkit (Typically 2 weeks). |

| Customised course |
This course consists of the standard two week course plus a further two weeks of hands-on coaching whilst the trainees complete some simple changes to their relevant system (Typically 4 weeks). |
